GemJewelo offers worldwide shipping (excluding a few restricted countries). Currently, we ship to the USA, Japan, the Philippines, Europe, Australia, and select Middle Eastern (West Asian) countries.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are processed once full payment is received.

Shipments are made through FedEx or DHL for fast delivery within 2-5 business days, or via postal services with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days.

Shipping Fees

FedEx & DHL (Express Shipping): $25 USD

Postal Services (Standard Shipping): $10 USD

Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Delivery times may vary based on the destination country and local customs processing.

GemJewelo is not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance, unforeseen circumstances, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which vary by country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged or missing, customers must contact gemjewelo24@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

If a package is marked delivered but has not been received, customers should check with their local courier and provide details to our team for further assistance.
